Teeth Extraction
An impacted tooth is a tooth that is stuck and cannot erupt into function. The canine tooth is a critical tooth in the dental arch. It plays an important role in your bite. Your canine teeth are designed to be the first teeth that touch when you close your jaw and guide the rest of your teeth into the proper bite. It is also the second most common tooth to become impacted!

Wisdom Teeth Extraction
Wisdom teeth also can be impacted when they are enclosed within the gums and/or the jawbone or only partially break through or erupt through the gum. Partial eruption of the wisdom teeth allows an opening for bacteria to enter around the tooth and cause an infection, which results in pain, swelling, jaw stiffness, and general illness.

Dental Implants
Dental implants can be placed regardless of the reason for the loss of a tooth. They can be used when a single tooth is missing – crowns, several teeth are missing – bridges, all teeth are missing – bridges or dentures

Oral Tumor & Cancer

Frenectomy
You may not have ever heard of a Frenectomy, but if you’re seeking orthodontic treatment, you may have to undergo one of these not often heard of treatments. A frenum is typically hidden in the top and bottom lip, connecting your inner lip to the gum line.

Anesthesia
The patient maintains consciousness throughout the entire procedure. The anesthetic (in this case; Lidocaine) is given directly to the area where the surgery will be taking place. This type of anesthesia is used in conjunction with other methods of sedation in all oral surgery procedures.

Bone Grafting
Over time, the area of the jawbone that is affected by missing teeth can atrophy or be reabsorbed. Often, this can lead to a lower quality of bone in the jaw that will not be able to support the dental implants that may be recommended.

Corrective Jaw Surgery
Most patients who undergo corrective jaw surgery (commonly known as orthognathic surgery) are doing so to correct or align the jaw due to improper bone growth or from improperly aligned teeth that do not fit with the jaw bone.

Facial Trauma Repair
An oral and maxillofacial surgeon must be highly trained and certified in emergency care, long term reconstruction and rehabilitation – for both emotional and physical reasons. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons understand that when trauma has been caused to the face, it comes with a great deal of emotions and feelings, as well as physical trauma.

BOTOX®
Botox treatments for TMJ can significantly decrease pain and increase mouth movements for three to four months following the treatment. Botox is also known to assist chronic migraine sufferers by minimizing the total number of days headaches occur.
